Dear customer, sorry for the bad experience to you. The air shipping has been slow due to the COVID-19, we offer mail post(slower but cheaper) and express(faster but more expensive) shipping ways for selection.

This is my problem. I can not remember my password.When I attempt to reset my password I do not receive an E-Mail to my E-Mail account. I contacted you and your response was check your spam folder. I had checked my spam folder. Still no response from Exhobby. I give up. I will buy hobby products from someone else. Frustrated
