First off I paid for the biggest box you can get and got 9 different things. 2 of which was a small piece of candy. 2 of the bags were seafood flavor when one of the things I asked for was no fish/ seafood related snacks. So the obviously don't care what they put inside. I have reached out to customer support on 3 different occasions for information on how to cancel my subscription and still no response haha, so be prepared to contact your bank and cancel. If I could give zero stars I would. Biggest waste of money. This company is a joke

Chips were great, shipping was so/so and only problem was that the 4 cans of chips I ordered were crushed. I order on Amazon and don’t have that problem. 🤔 better space gobblers in the packaging maybe.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the chips, but we’re sorry to learn that the cans arrived crushed. We understand how important proper packaging is for fragile items. Your suggestion for better space management in the packaging is appreciated, and we’ll definitely look into it to prevent this from happening in the future. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate your support and hope to serve you better next time!

Thank you for the sizzling review! 🔥 We’re so glad you loved your order! If our snacks were any hotter, we’d have to hire a fire marshal to keep things safe! 🚒😂 Just remember, if you start seeing flames, it’s just your taste buds partying! 🎆 Keep the snack attacks coming, and we’ll keep the fire extinguisher handy! 🧯😄

Ordered from them for 2 specific drinks it’s says was in stock added a couple extra items just because when they go to send me my order the 2 items I wanted they refund me and tell me out of stock and don’t offer to cancel the order or replace
Reply from ExoticsnacksOct 7, 2024
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for the oversight regarding your order. The refund was issued for the items that were out of stock due to a stock keeping error, and we understand how frustrating this situation can be. We regret that we didn’t contact you prior to making adjustments on our end, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our processes. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.
