Mango snacks had a good flavor but everything came in completely melted together like a giant blob
Reply from ExoticsnacksApr 25, 2024
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the melted snacks. Shipping during warmer weather can sometimes lead to melting, especially for heat-sensitive items like mango snacks. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive products in this condition. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can assist you further. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The usps says no address which is a lie because I put my address on the shipping area correctly they messed up not me it still has not arrived.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the delivery of your package. However, it's important to clarify that the address provided by you was correctly printed on the shipping label, and the package was shipped out promptly. The information displayed on the USPS website indicating "no access to delivery location" is different from stating "no address." This could mean various factors such as inaccessible entryways, gated communities, vehicle-blocking mailboxes, etc. Unfortunately, once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we have limited control over its delivery process. It seems there might have been difficulties with accessing your delivery location, which is why the USPS was unable to deliver it as scheduled. Rest assured, the carrier will make arrangements for a reattempted delivery. Additionally, we want to clarify that we did not change your delivery address. The package was shipped to the address provided by you during the ordering process. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
