Took 9 days to receive which was unaware when buying, but thats ok just wish it was visible when purchasing. Very pricey for the size of the items received (small bags, low quantity per bag), so its a fun novelty and nothing wrong w the items themselves but expected larger quantities for the price, and expensive so if you have the $$ its a lot of fun but otherwise its not worth it.

We appreciate your detailed feedback, and we want to address your concerns. Your order, placed on 12/3 (Sunday), was processed within our standard 1-2 business days and shipped on 12/5. Since this order qualified for Free Shipping, it aligns with carriers' standard transit times, usually taking 4-7 business days, depending on location. We understand your expectations regarding the quantity and pricing, and we apologize if it fell short. To provide transparency, we indicate the weight of each product on our product listings. Your insights are valuable, and we'll consider them for future improvements. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else you'd like to discuss, feel free to reach out. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your feedback.

Great snacks and arrived timely! Was a bit confused when it said delivered and we didn't have it as they indicated it was being delivered by UPS. However on UPS website it clarified it was UPS Surepost. So we just had to wait a day for USPS to deliver instead.

We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the snacks and that they arrived in a timely manner! We apologize for any confusion regarding the delivery process. UPS Surepost is a service where UPS handles the initial part of the delivery, and then the last mile is handled by USPS. We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any more questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope you enjoy your delicious snacks!

Drink had a hole in it and leaked everywhere in the box.
Reply from ExoticsnacksDec 12, 2023
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the damaged drink in your order. We want to assure you that a resolution was provided upon your first contact with us. A replacement package has been dispatched, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. While we take full responsibility for the condition of our products until they are handed over to the carrier, damages occasionally occur due to mishandling during transit. Unfortunately, we have no control over damages once the product is in the carrier's possession. We highly advise customers who receive damaged products to contact us immediately for a swift resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we hope the replacement package reaches you in perfect condition. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

I found Sambal Oelek from Huy Fong Foods, Inc. here; it is not available locally. 12 beautiful jars now live in my pantry! I am so happy I could spit! Exoticsnacks shipped all of them in a well-packed, extra heavy-duty cardboard box and there were no casualties from shipping. When the need arises, I will be back at Exoticsnacks again. Thank-you for my Sambal Oelek fix!
