Online orders be expired more than 50% the time now.. Used to be a big fan of exotic, especially in store when in LA. But now I question their authenticity and item quality. (1example attached in screenshots— only allowed me to add one).

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify any concerns. After reviewing the attached image of the Doritos Burger King Flame Grilled Whopper Flavor (180g), we'd like to explain that the best-by-date format may differ, as this product is from the United Kingdom, where the formatting is DD/MM/YEAR. We take food safety seriously, and we assure you that all products on our website are safe and within their freshness period. We highly recommend customers contact us with any questions or concerns about their purchases. If you've had previous issues, please reach out to us directly so we can better understand and resolve any ongoing concerns. We value your feedback and aim to ensure a positive experience for all our customers.

Three of my items were missing and 3 were expired. When I reached out to tell them about my missing and expired items, they did refund my money for the missing items (though I preferred the items. They didn’t give me an option) But did not say anything or acknowledge the expired items. Two of the items were almost 2 years past the expiration date! Not happy the customer service experience or order experience.

Thank you for your recent purchase. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with your order. We would like to clarify that, upon reviewing your communication about missing items, we promptly provided a resolution by refunding the money for the missing items. We understand your preference for the items themselves, and we regret any disappointment caused. Regarding the expired items, we want to acknowledge your concern. Asia Products are often labeled with manufacturing dates instead of expiration dates, and we want to ensure you that the products are safe to consume within their recommended freshness period. We value your feedback and will use it to enhance our customer service and order experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
