This is my second time ordering. My order was shipped out quickly and arrived well packaged. I’m so happy to have found a site that carries the drink pouches I love. I’ll definitely be trying some of the other snacks in the future!

Wide variety of snacks in the surprise box! Good amount of snacks, price wise. They don’t overcharge. Overall I was really excited to get my snacks and excited when they were delivered!

I didn't receive my whole order. And was highly upset about it because of the amount of money I had to pay.

I understand it is a mystery box but I got products that weren’t appealing to me. I feel Ike if there was like a category or something you could give customers an experience more catered to what they enjoy. Thanks:

We apologize if the products in your mystery box were not to your liking. We strive to provide a positive experience for all of our customers, and we understand that everyone has different preferences. To help ensure that you receive products that you will enjoy in the future, we are considering adding the option for customers to select a category or theme for their mystery box. This would allow you to receive a selection of products that are more closely aligned with your interests. We appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our service. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing us.
