We have been using your services for many years now, unfortunately last year we had very poor service, with lots of unnecessary back and forward. We would like to understand better if anything has changed and what to expect this year.

Communication really lacked. I still don't know the result of my taxes. Overall, disliked the service. Not-to-mention, I had to do a lot of the work myself so I should've done my own taxes as per usual instead of paying so much.
