This was our second trip with Explorient. Kervin responded immediately to all of our questions, and worked with us to develop a customized itinerary for Hong Kong and Taiwan. The hotels were excellent and arrangements were executed smoothly.

We had a wonderful experience with our trip to Japan. Knowing nothing about coordinating a trip to such a far and remote country I reached out to Explorient Travel and Kervin put our trip in motion. Kervin coordinated the best of all worlds so we could take advantage of our 10 day trip to Japan. All our accommodations and private guides were awesome. We visited Tokyo, stayed at a Royakan in Hokone where we had a spectacular day to see Mt Fuji, took the bullet train to Kyoto and then also squeezed in Hiroshima and another night at a royakan in the beautiful island of Miyajima (recommended by Kervin) All our tours were professionally planned and with our guides we navigated through the most beautiful temples, shines and sights and learned all about the customs and tradition of the Japanese people. I cannot say how thankful I am to have found Explorient Travel and would highly recommend them.

We cannot praise the advice and help we received from Kervin Yu of Explorient Travel Services enough. My wife went to Japan 49 years ago as a teen and always wanted to return to relive that magical trip. We did a lot of research of various companies and selected Explorient which had a group tour which closely matched our desired sights. With Kervin's help we customized the tour which evolved into a private tour. All the arrangements (hotels, guides and drivers) were perfect and flawlessly carried out. We would not hesitate to plan and book with Explorient again.

Great job! I'm a very seasoned traveler and I have never used a travel company before. We enjoyed everything they setup for us. Bravo!

This was an outstanding experience in that all the hotels were excellent and the local guides went out of their way to share as much as possible of the customs and cultural of each country we went to. The staff here in the U S was super to help before the trip and if questions came up during our travels. 4 counties in 3 weeks was just right.

Explorient Travel service did an excellent job making all the arrangements for our party of 7 people in Japan. They booked everything for us - our hotel accommodations, train tickets, bullet train tickets, car service to and from airport, sumo training tickets etc. Kevin Yu was our agent and he was so helpful. We will definitely use Explorient Travel again for our next trip.

We can summarize our experience with Explorient Travel Services in three words. Reliable, professional, and valuable. Every part of our trip to Japan and China was arranged perfectly and went beyond what was described. All with the intention of making our trip safe, enjoyable and easy. The trip was arranged to tailor our specific requests with valuable recommendations made for us to consider. We have never felt so much at ease prior and during a trip, and truly had a wonderful time because of this. Thank you Explorient!

My wife and I enjoyed virtually every aspect of this trip. Most importantly, our guides and/or drivers were there to welcome us at all three airports, and we were taken directly to our hotels in Tokyo, Beijing and Ho Chi Minh City. The hotels could not have been nicer or more convenient - all 5 star plus. All guides were excellent and could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend Explorient to others and have already done so. We traveled to asia with them last year as well, and will probably do so again in the future.
