I am really enjoying using ExpoFP. The system is easy to use and learn and their support team is excellent. They also have an AI chat bot that is very helpful in answering most questions, otherwise you can use their support email and they are very responsive and helpful. They have a bunch of venue templates to use and if it isn't there they can help get that added. If you are looking for more control over managing your floor plan with a helpful support team, this platform is great.

It really means a lot to hear that you’re enjoying the platform and finding both our support team and AI assistant helpful. We’re always working to make ExpoFP easier to use and give organizers more control over their floor plans, so feedback like this is incredibly motivating for the whole team. We truly appreciate your continued trust and support. ❤️

The floorplan worked well before the event started, but it was very laggy during the event. Customer support is difficult to reach and don't seem to care much about floorplan performance or about updating our floorplan on time.

Hi Karl, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We tried to identify your account, event, and support history based on the information available, but unfortunately we weren’t able to match this review to any customer, event, or support request in our records. We very rarely receive reports about serious floorplan performance issues during live events, so it is especially important for us to understand what happened in this case and identify the root cause. If you’re willing, please contact us directly with the event name or any other details that could help us investigate. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to look into this properly. ExpoFP Team

Our team loves using ExpoFP for our events! We first started using the software for one of our smaller events and recently expanded to use a floor plan for our larger trade show. It has been a huge help with both event planning and execution, making it easier to organize our space and manage the event from start to finish. The customer service is also excellent - responsive, helpful, and always great to work with!

Thank you, Ashley! Really happy to hear ExpoFP has grown with you from a smaller event to a larger trade show. That’s exactly the kind of journey we love to see. And a big thank you for mentioning our support team as well, we’ll make sure they see this. Wishing you a great next event!

The best expo floor plan software I've ever used as a show creative designer. Although the design part is not the most perfect one compared to other design software, it's good for the sales team. The AI assistant is really helpful all the time. Also, a big thank to Maria, always willing to help when need. Really friendly and reply me in patience.

We also really appreciate the honest note about the design experience, feedback like this helps us understand where we still have room to improve. And we’ll definitely pass your kind words on to Maria :)
