The item you had ordered was out of stock so we were unable to fill the order, at the time of cancelation we sent over a message about this and explained the issue.

Don’t bother
American expat living in HK. Ordered masks to be sent to my mother who was going to forward them on to us. Order was placed then cancelled two days later. No explanation. Will never order from this company again. No explanation email, only notification of cancelled order and refund. Also no call despite active US phone number provided with order.

Hello, We sincerely apologize for the cancelation of your order. Due to a worldwide shortage, this order had to cancel. Even though at the time of ordering when the stock was available, it still depleted more rapidly than expected. Whenever an order is canceled we send a detailed email to our customers with an explanation as to why the order was canceled as well as a phone call I f there is a valid phone number on the order.
