Express Med would not take a return of Prevail Boxers
Express Med would not take a return of Prevail Boxers after my dad passed away. I am now stuck with 4 packages of unopened Prevail Boxers.

Hello Barb, we are sorry to hear about you father's passing. We have a 30 day return policy for products that are eligible for a return. Normally incontinence products are non-returnable due to its nature. Please feel free to contact our customer care for more information.
