they suck
they suck, they show inventory then 3 weeks later they cancel the order. I could have purchased somewhere else. they are the worst.

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative customer service experience. we ran out of stock before our up-to-date inventory numbers could be reflected online, this has never happened before. Please be assured that you will be fully refunded back onto your original form of payment for the unshipped items in the days to come. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience and have since put some safeguards in place so that this doesn't happen again. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the delay in communication as our customer care team is having to contact a few thousand customers, one by one.
