Pharmacy company is run by a bunch of morons. Takes forever to get medications. They'll promise overnight delivery but it will not occur. And then they'll send emails about how you could get all your medications from them. Incompetent idiots!!!

Absolutely terrible TERRIBLE company. They sent in my critical prescription a day late, then when it was 2 days past when I should have received it I had to call THEM and they said they couldn’t tell me if it would even be there in 5 DAYS !!! They didn’t even have tracking info on it and they didn’t get in contact with me or give me tracking info and they said they couldn’t make any promises that it would get there in any amount of time. My prescriber had sent it in over a week prior by the way….they asked if I wanted it express shipped next time for $20…no I just want it to be delivered on time. F-ing joke of a company I get why the reviews are so bad..go somewhere else.

Express Scripts. Said my health insurance would only pay for a week's worth of Meds, thereby canceling the other 3 weeks. It gets better, each time I go to the pharmacy, I can get a weeks worth, of meds. I hate to see what they do for an encore.

Express-scripts sent me needles I don't need WITHOUT contacting me and charging for it. They asked me to discard the needles instead of taking it back and not will not issue a refund. Shame on them for using predatory tactics to improve their bottom line!

If I could give them a zero I would. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They never follow through on my requests, which leads to delays in my medication. WORST EVER

If you can avoid them as your insurance provided do. They are terrible at keeping records, as well as denied a medication insurance does cover, even with a prior authorization. the year before it was covered. The people on the phone tried to say my doctor lied and that would have been how it was approved before.... not true.

My wife's nearly flirted with blindness. These assho*es Express Scripts could care less. She needs Xiidra for eye dryness. The pre-authorization hoop game is what they play to NOT want to pay! Jerks. Her issues have been ongoing ever since getting that moron Dr. Fauci vaccine (the J & J single vaccine), and coincidentally contracted the shingles into her left eye! Good thing we jumped on it at the emergency room. She'd be blind now. Health insurers fu*kers in this country.
