I had a prescription for Opzelura skin ointment. With Express Scripts it took months of calls, holds, broken promises to call me back multiple letters from the doctor, and still no refill. Took the same prescription to Safeway pharmacy and got a 2 month supply in 48 hours, no questions asked. Never using Express Scripts again. Ever.

Joining the chorus on Express Scripts/Evernorth customers who are pissed off. After repeatedly having them hold up shipments of meds I’ve taken for years, we are done doing business with this company. As of late, it seems every order has an issue. They wait a week and then send an email saying they need more details from the doctor. Our doctor has repeatedly provided the information and shown us the call proof. Express Scripts is either playing games trying to not fill the order or lying about not getting the information they supposedly need. We finally had our doctor move the prescription to a local Walmart pharmacy and it was like pulling teeth trying to get Express Scripts to cancel out the order they weren’t even filling. No more! We are done with Express Scripts!!

If there were negative stars I would have selected such. 2 weeks since prescription was submitted. Needed it a week ago. After lengthy time on phone with AI, then customer service person; then Supervisor. My scripts were escalated. 4 days later nothing. Finally tonight FedEx is awaiting the packages. The first supervisor requested overnight. Had to speak tp another supervisor after 4 days passed. And the AI responses may be helpful for some but I have found nothing quick or helpful in terms of Express Scripts. So if you wish to obtain your scripts through them, submit the script at least 2 weeks early. It may or may not help.

Would give them a zero if I could. Long wait times when I call, forcing you to an automated service when that won’t solve my issue, and customer service that doesn’t do what they said they would…

As a nurse, ExpressScripts offers the WORSE customer service of any pharmacy. I deal with a lot of pharmacies for my patients, trying to rectify issues all day long so they can get their medication. I dread having to call them and they make everything a hassle. Several phone call transfers. I am currently on hold with them the last 17 minutes. Their system is extremely inefficient. Please fix this ongoing issue.

I would give this company a -10 rating if possible. Ive used this company for ocer 30 years. Staff was great to work wirh back then. Ever since it was bought by Evernorth, it has steadily deteriorated. Absolutely terrible AI that cant answer simple questions, yet wont transfer you to a human, then hangs up on you. Low level staffers that cant help either, and can only read from scripts, yet wont transfer you. Ridiculous wait times for technical support ( i hung up after 43 minutes). Does anyone even work in that department? Its obvious that this company is trying to milk every penny out of this company

I would use any other pharmacy if my insurance would permit it. Every single interaction regarding my maintenance medication, which never changes, requires multiple phone calls and at least a half hour on hold subjected to that horrendous “music.” Nothing has changed but there’s always a mysterious reason that my Rx cannot be refilled. An escalation is always required, and then more email and excruciatingly long phone calls. Much effort is expended to get a human on the phone. Maybe the most I can ask for is changing the hold music. If I am stuck listening to it for a minimum of a half hour each month, there should be a choice of musical genre offered to all of us hapless callers.

Can i give zero stars? Worst pharmacy in the country! Everything is always delayed and customer service is useless!
