Horrible experience every time I call customer service. The agents just want to argue and they don’t listen. I went through 5 people in one day, they all contradicted themselves. I asked for the supervisor, she was no better help than the other agents. They like to get their paychecks and then treat their customers like trash. All zeros to all the surveys.

Wish I could give a zero. This by far the worst place to get prescriptions filled. I only use them because it is required by my insurance. I hate calling in to customer service I never get resolution to issue. This place truly sucks!!

I have been given several different excuses and reasons why they won’t pay for my medication. Every time I call them it’s a different reason. I get transferred to all these different people to try to answer my questions. It’s all the same they are reading a script off the computer. I need this medication and they will not approve it. I have been denied 3 times. All the information they have asked for has been sent and a confirmation received and they still claim they do not have the information.

If I could give negative stars I would. I hate when my hand is forced to use express scripts. Like the medicine is covered why FORCE us to use such a horrible service: customer service is horrible. Getting them to understand what you need without them repeating generic auto sayings

If I could give it less than one star I would! Customer service is a nightmare. I had a medication shipped and it sat in a location from the 19th of August until the 2nd of September with little help from the rep who interrupted constantly. She said at the end of the call she “had nothing else to say” my package still hasn’t made it to me with my medication in it. My local pharmacy said my insurance won’t cover an emergency supply because I just filled the medication (the one sitting in a usps facility) I will never use this service again and won’t recommend it to anybody.

This company is an absolute joke. The post office lost my package. Tried to get ahold of Express all day on Thursday then on Friday waiting over 30-45 minutes both times before giving up. I sent an email. Finally heard back 4 days later. Their advice? It says it's still being "redelivered" by USPS. The post office constantly lies and say they attempt delivery and don't or leave a note at the garage saying sorry we missed you....we have a front a door and a ring camera so we know they are just being lazy. This then causes huge problems because Express is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold and when you do, they toss you around to 15 different people who you have to repeat your story over and over all for them to say well you have to pay for the script that arrive and then new one until it's for sure not arrived after 30 days. And then call us back. It's not automatic. JOKE. Horrible customer service. If I had other options, I would use them but I can't just fill it anywhere due to their restrictions. It's a scam

I agree with all the others who wish to give a ZERO rating. This company is THE worst, especially with medications they claim need a prior authorization. The State of Alabama needs to seriously review the practices of ExpressScripts and contract with anyone ELSE. How an insurance company believes they are more qualified to choose a medication for a patient is beyond all comprehension. I have asked for their medical license and practice history, yet I've been given none of it. PEOPLE are more than checkboxes on a template. If the treating medical professional prescribes a medicine, it is NOT a suggestion or question. The HHS really needs to do a thorough investigation of ExpressScripts and their "applications."

I would give zero stars if it were an option. For weeks I have been on the phone with them multiple times a day about getting a prescription filled and they give me different information each time. They must have no documentation on their side because they constantly ask for communication from my doctors or pre-authorization forms that have been sent and communicated multiple times. I can't imagine a company being worse at what they do. An absolute joke of a company.
