One of the best quick hosting services I have used. Server hardware is very good for the price, and setup was extremely fast upon payment. Any questions I had through support were replied to by Mike literally within minutes. Connection to host is always extremely fast and reliable. This is definitely a smaller scale provider, and not as well known, but the value for the product given is very good and I have been very satisfied.

I have just hired a vps for my Don't Starve Together server for nearly a week. very quick responses, taking few hours for setting, very strong vps for game hosting with good price. Honestly, you can't find another vps which is stronger with this price. If anyone want to find a vps for game hosting, i strongly recommend to use ExtraVM.

Incredible support. I've been with them less than a month but I can't imagine going with any other service. My server has been growing a lot lately and they have put up with my constant upgrades and changes. I'm running two servers with them now, a Minecraft dedicated and a VPS for Minecraft bedrock server. I get quick responses, quick action, and help recommendations when I need it. I literally cannot say enough good things about ExtraVM. If you're thinking about buying from them, just do it. You won't regret it.

Been a customer for over 2 years now! I can guarantee ExtraVM is the best! I always had a good customer support from Mike, been using their server every month for past 2 years now, cant be happier! No Down times, Great DDOS Protection! Been running my Teamspeak 3/ Clan Community there without any problems / concern. I would recommend!

Great customer service! I've uploaded my server modpack, and they have been able to set it up very quickly! Then I forgot to update my files and asked them again to set it up, and they've done it within minutes! Then I forgot to zip my libraries folder to the server modpack, whilst I was uploading it, and asked for the third time to update it, and they did it again, within minutes! Great response time, very happy with the service! (Really embarrassing though)

We had a Minecraft server with Extra VM. There was a miscommunication as to who was going to pay for the next quarter, and immediately upon the server payment being late, Extra VM deleted our game files without warning. Everything that we had done was just wiped away. We didn't know, and submitted payment. They took our money, but our server was still gone and we couldn't get back online. It wasn't until I contacted their customer support that I found out they'd deleted everything. I am FURIOUS. We had absolutely incredible buildings, we had spent untold hours on that server over many months, and they gave us no grace period, no warning, nothing, just deleted all of our game files. Absolutely do not use Extra VM! Update: Since I posted a review they didn't like, they just completely deactivated our account entirely so we can't even reply to their customer service team. Maybe instead of posting a nasty reply to your customers, give them some warning that their files are going to be deleted. At no point did I ask for free services, but nice try twisting around what I said to make me look like the problem. Glad my money will go elsewhere from now on.

This individual purchased a game server on quarterly contract. When their billing cycle was over and their service due for payment, they did not pay. The service went unpaid for over a month and a half past the due date. Service terminated on 1/3/2019 and user made a payment on 2/16/2019. The user was sent six (6) email notices before their service was terminated for being overdue on payment but they didn't care. Instead of blaming a host for not providing you free service, pay the invoices and don't ignore half a dozen invoice emails. https://extravm.com/hostedimage/tp-0234598.jpg And we did not keep your money, it was refunded immediately when you opened a ticket asking why your terminated service wasn't online after paying over a month past the due date. Your account was closed after posting a nasty 1 star review because we didn't hold your services online for free for over a month of ignoring the overdue invoice. We do not want to provide services to individuals who don't pay for services then get upset when they don't get their way.

Great shared hosting service. No problems at all in the last year. Quick response to tickets even on holidays and weekends. Very reasonably priced service. In short you cannot beat the quality to price ratio.
