Staff are very personable and knowledgeable if you contact them. My glasses are better than I ever expected! Would definitely order from them again! I got xtraactive transition lens with anti glare and it took about 2 weeks because of the extras. They are about $100 cheaper than anyone else.

It was easy to order and received the glasses within a week. I ordered the flexible titanium for my autistic son who can break glasses very easily when he is frustrated. He couldn't break these glasses!! Customer service is fantastic!! I recommend this company to everyone!!
