I had a frame that I dearly loved and couldn't get anyone to replace the lens with my new prescription. They were prescription sunglasses. Customer service and the repairs on my glasses were excellent. It took about 4 weeks to get my glasses back, but I live on the West coast. Earlier reviews suggested a quicker turn around. I would still use them again even with the longer turn around time.
