I have been an Eyeglassdirect customer for about 10 years and have always had great products and service. Their prices are unbeatable. A full pair progressive prescription glasses is less than most places charge for the prescription alone, not to mention the frames. Their frames are not the most designer fashionable but I'm willing to overlook that for the great price. And I appreciate that they have been able to fill and ship a new pair to me on short notice when I'm about to travel.

EyeGlassDirect advertises that they can repair any broken frame. Not so, it turned out. Needed new sunglass frame and lenses. Price was right but it took about 3+ weeks total, after first sending my broken glasses, then sending new frame and my eye prescription, to get my new sunglasses.
