I was never told the frames were on backorder and needed ordered in from Italy. Then 3 days after placing the order I was told the prescription information I was provided was insufficient so I had to have someone take a photo of me for pupil distance and email it. After over a week of no communication I had to call back to check on my order when only then I was informed of the backorder issue. I was promised expedited shipping which didn’t happen. It took a total of 19 days to get my glasses and the prescription is wrong. I have to go get new lenses locally. Completely unsatisfied. Not only will I never give this company another dollar I have told everyone else that needs vision correction to steer clear of this company!!

I ordered 4 pairs to try on and kept the frames I liked best. I was worried about mail order frames and returning the ones that didn't work, but everything went very smoothly and I am very happy with my frames.

The service was prompt and efficient but the product was wanting. In particular, the glasses that arrived were much darker than shown on the website. Too bad, because they looked good online.

Only needed to order frames to replace a broken pair. Ordering was easy. In less than a week I had received my new frame which was in perfect condition.

You notified me that my first choice in glass frames could not be filled but my second choice was filled promptly. hence 4 stars Eyeglasses.com was my choice to select large size frames. Not too many sites have frames with size 60-18 glasses and 150 mm arm length. thanks
