This is the worst service I have ever received. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response I’ve called and can’t anywhere cause if a snow storm sorry but that’s no excuse I live in Vermont and I’m well aware of snow storms this is New England during the winter snow happens. I ordered 3 weeks ago and have nothing to show for for it $250 bucks later. Worst service ever! Don’t waste your time spend a little extra it’s worth it for the better service!

excellent transaction

The process to shop online was seamless and the rates were incredible. But what made me write this review was the young lady who literally went out her way above and beyond to send my package the same day I ordered it so it could arrive on time which was Monday. I feel awful because I didn’t get her name but she deserves a job well done and her customer services is the reason I will come back!!!!!! People are not nice just because anymore and she was which was refreshing.

The frame that I've received has a bent hinge. I took a photo and emailed it to request a replacement frame. But no response!

I placed my order on 1/21/21. I did receive a confirmation email ONLY. I have not received a response to any of my phone calls nor my email. Rally terrible communication and fl=ollow through. Are they even still in business?

Easily ordered replacement lenses for frames I had purchased from eyeglasses.com over a year ago. Quick turnover. Been doing business here for years- reasonable costs, comparatively priced.

It took forever. I ordered two pair of some nice frames. I finally recieved one with a note on the paperwork that my order was incomplete and that the other one would be coming soon. It has been weeks and weeks. I've never gotten the second frames I ordered, and I've never heard a word from this company about it.

Excellent service. The prescription lenses were perfect.
