If you are out of a product that a customer orders, please contact the customer to see if they would like a different frame instead of just sending something else that they did not order. The person who came to do the eye exam was very friendly and helpful.

Hello Mitchel, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your order and for not contacting you about the frame. The color you ordered was out of stock. The one they sent is very close to the same color. We understand your frustration. We just wanted to get your glasses to you as soon as possible. We can send you a label to send them back and switch the color. Just reach out to us at 1-888-308-4703 or [email protected], and our team will help process your exchange. We are so glad to hear our eye exam service was helpful. -Team Eyelation

I ordered blue frames, and I received brown. And, it took about 3 weeks to receive them. I’m not very happy. I was told there is no ETA on when my blue colored frames will become available. I was told by Brianna to call back in 30 days.So I am not inclined to give a review of more than 1 star.

Hello Lionel, We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your frame color and the extended wait time for your order. We understand your frustration with receiving the incorrect item and the uncertainty regarding the availability of the blue frames. We are truly sorry for this disappointing experience. -Team Eyelation
