My prescription changed and you helped me cancel my order and place a new one. However, I have not received my order so I am unaware of the status of it but since I am receiving this review then i'd like to assume it is moving forward. Thanks!

Really Poor Customer Service
I made both a safety shoe and eyeglass order. The shoes didn't run true to size and I had to return them. Eyelation requested I place the box the shoes came in, into another box, a box I didn't have and they refused to send me. They also refused to send me a return label, I do not own a printer. I sent the shoes back and 3 weeks later my benefit hadn't been updated. It took numerous calls to resolve this. The message I sent through Eyelation's "ContactUs" went unresponded. The quality of the prescription safety eye glasses is poor. I didn't receive the postcard stating the 30 day warranty on them till after the 30 day period had expired. I was told I couldn't return them due to having had them in excess of 30 days.
