Ordering was a little tough this being…
Ordering was a little tough this being my first time. However after getting thru that my glasses came in a reasonable amount of time. I took them out of the package and tried them on and they fit perfect!!! I don't need to do any adjustments to them at all!!

Quick easy convenient perfect
Set up appointment at work it was convenient. Went to appointment at work and quick and easy. Confirmed my address and waited for my glasses. Got my glasses in mail in two weeks and everything was perfect quick easy convenient.

Long Shipment Waits
I am the site coordinator that helps the employees with their orders. Our employees are consistently waiting over a month for their safety shoes just to ship. Eyelation's lag time on getting the orders to the customers is putting our employees at risk for injury. If it was one or two cases, I would recognize mistakes happen, but this has been an problem for multiple employees. Despite this, even the "general" wait time is too long. My understanding is that our personnel order through eyelation, eyelation then orders the shoe from the manufacturer and has them shipped to the eyelation office where eyelation puts the shoes in a secondary box then ships it to the customer. This is considered normal, and can take up to three weeks for the shoes to arrive. If they don't fit right - returning it starts that process all over and it takes even longer.
