Your eyewear is eligible for a product exchange, return or adjustment for 30 days from delivery. To receive a product adjustment, give us a call at 1.888.308.4703 or [email protected] and we will send you a prepaid label to ship back your glasses. Hello Danny, We are concerned to hear your glasses haven't arrived and that you haven't received a response. Your glasses are in transit to you. They normally take 3-4 days to get to you after shipping through USPS. Tracking does not say a specific reason for the delays. We are so sorry for their delayed delivery.
