Bifocals are a little low, but otherwise really nice. I love them.
Reply from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Jan 19, 2026
Hello Ronnie, We are so sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your new bifocals. While we have proven measuring systems in place, occasionally we need to adjust the height of someone’s bifocal for various reasons. Luckily, your eyewear includes a FREE product remake if returned within 30 days of delivery. We will have a customer service team member reach out today to help. We will send you a prepaid label to ship back your glasses. Upon receipt, we will expedite a remake of your lenses with replacements that will work better for your eyes. – Team Eyelation
