The frames fit perfectly and the prescription is dead on! The prescription is progressive, which can be tricky.

Got sent the wrong glasses the help line operator was very helpful and helped me get the right frames and lenses, glasses just came in the frames and lenses are perfect thank you

I didn't think there was a wide enough selection of safety frames. Also, it was very hard to judge the size of the frames based on how they looked on my photo. Some that seemed to have larger measurements appeared smaller on my photo than others, so I am not sure what I ordered will actually be the size I want. I was unable to use the 3D feature at all on my computer or phone. There is room for improvement on the technology side of using a virtual "try on" option.

I'm not very good with computers or email , anything in that area!! I was worried I wouldn't be able to upload my prescriptions, but I was able to do it without any problems at all ! Thank you for making it easy . I hope I can see out of the glasses I can't wait to get them!!
