Kerry
really pleased with new glasses. However, you got me confused with your emails where 1st one says correct $64 price but next THREE (3) say $85. Your customer service told me to ignore 3 $85 emails - said it was due to "system" and something to do wit "Spotify" ???
Reply from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Nov 14, 2025
Hello Kerry, We're happy to hear that you're pleased with your new glasses! We apologize for the confusing emails regarding the price. It sounds like there was a system error, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll investigate to prevent this issue from happening again. -Team Eyelation
