The reply for my request for an adjustment in the prescription of the lenses in my new safety glasses was quick! I had a response almost immediately (from Briana I believe), and an email with a return packaging label soon after. I can't imagine any possible better service!

My previous glasses fit me really well and I could see clearly, but the extra clear plastic piece that sat on my nose really hurt me on one side, and I couldn't stand wearing them. I really liked these other glasses I ordered, but I feel like I don’t see as well as I did with the others—it’s as if I’m looking through a slight haze. Even though the lenses are clean, my eyes just get tired, and it’s frustrating because I need them.

The glasses options that were in the in person event were not available online and when contacted customer service initially they did respond saying they will be available at the end of the week but they never did become available and when I ask again they never replied
