Did not ask me to provide photo to…
Did not ask me to provide photo to complete my order. Paid for my order with my credit card,waited weeks for glasses which never arrived. When I called they told me the order was cancelled. They said they tried contacting me through email, but they used an email I hadn’t used in 3 years. When I completed my order I updated my information with my new email address. Why didn’t Eyelation use that one? Many employees at my company have had bad experiences with Eyelation,I hope they get their act together.

So slow to use the app either in the PC which will not upload the photo, or in the mobile phone which finally allows to place the order.

Filter does not work well
The filter option while selecting prescription glasses was not working well. The glasses options shown would not reflect the correct filtered items.
