First pair of lenses were horribly wrong. Sent them back. The replacement glasses were different frames that I did not select and the lenses are better, but still not right. The workmanship is very shoddy. Absolutely would not use this service if not forced to use it by our company.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have had so many issues with your safety glasses. We definitely strive to provide quality products and great customer service. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused to get your glasses corrected. Thank you.

It’s stupid I have to enter a photo to order the glasses. I submitted my prescription that’s all you should need. I’m not”trying” the glasses on, they are safety glasses I don’t care what they look like.

Hello Abram. We appreciate your feedback. Our system requires a photo to be uploaded for our opticians to take accurate measurements and make sure frames will fit well before processing each order. This allows us to ensure employees get the right size frames for their face and lenses. Thank you for your review.
