Website hard to navigate
Website hard to navigate, just a few options to choose from, the choices of frames has been reduced, look poor and cheap quality. Finally I was able to place an order from my phone after a multiple attemps. Kiosk seemed to have touch screen issues.

Hello Margarita. We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear your company doesn't offer a large selection of frames; we understand how frustrating that can be. If the kiosk isn't working properly, please have your safety admin reach out to "[email protected]." Thank you!

your shipping time too long.
your shipping time seems like it will take too long. "a few weeks"? too vague.
Reply from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Feb 13, 2024
Hello David. We appreciate your feedback. Our average shipping is between 2-4 weeks. Some safety glasses take longer due to prescriptions or lens upgrades. Since each order is made specifically to each employee, the shipping time isn't the same for every order. Thank you for your review.
