I had the color I wanted in the cart
I had the color I wanted in the cart. When I went to check out it, I couldn't because I didn't have a picture uploaded. After uploading a pic, the color I want is no longer available. Picture did nothing to make my decision since I already know my frame size preferences.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. Sorry to hear that you were not able to get the color choice you preferred. Our system shuts off frames when they become too low in inventory to eliminate delays. Photos are required on our website so our opticians can take extra measurements when needed and to double check the fit of the frames. Not all employees know what frame sizes should be ordered. Thank you for your review.

Fast and simple process!!
Soon as I upload information, browse through inventory. The process was simple and accurate! Website is designed well and easily navigated!!!

Selection great, view could improve
It was super easy to use the site. And the selection is great. An improvement that I would like to see is a compare feature where I could select a few models and compare their features.
