Mostly good with a few negaatives.
The biggest downside for me personally is not being able tor try the frames in person to be sure the fit is right and the lens area suits me. Also, one of my favorite frames, the Bolle, was no longer offered. The prices are reasonable and the online shopping experience is OK, maybe a bit larger selection of frames would be good.

Choices in glasses is very limited
Choices in glasses is very limited. System is hard to navigate thru, I had to reach out to customer service to get the order to push thru.
