Mobile site was clunky. Limited options for shoe sizes. Low inventory.

It was great for me because it didn’t take long at all and this is something that the company is doing for you at their expense ,to me that alone deserves 5 stars

The selection of work boots with size 12 wide was very limited. Applied the filter for 12 2E and showed many options but when trying to order none of the options were available. Had to settle for a shoe over boot to get the size required.

Hello. We value and appreciate your feedback. We are working with our vendors to have a better selection of safety boots. Thank you.

No information about the shoes. No reviews. No way of knowing from your website if the shoes run small or large. No way of checking the status of my order. The response email from you said my shoes will be shipped in a few weeks. My work forces me to use this website if I want to use their shoe reimbursement policy.

Hello Terry. Your order is in processing; you will receive a notification when they are shipped. We will pass your information onto the team to see if we can add more details to help with shoe selection. Sorry for your frustrations. We appreciated your feedback. Thank you.
