Order was received and kept for weeks without any communication to the customer. No room on the website while placing order to contact Eyelation.

This is the third pair of glasses, and they still do not work well for me. They almost seem like the wrong prescription. I understand astigmatism is difficult to get glasses but still. I give up, it would have been easier and cheaper to pay out of pocket to another provider than send these back and forth.

Hello Alex, We are truly sorry to hear about the ongoing difficulties you've experienced with your glasses, especially after multiple attempts. We understand how frustrating it must be to not have clear vision, especially with such a low astigmatism, and we apologize that we haven't been able to meet your needs. -Team Eyelation
