The prescription gets weaker around the corners of the lenses. I’ve never had glasses that have done this.

Something is broken with your online process. The timeframe was nearly double than what I expected, I had to jump through hoops to have my prescription accepted, I had to ask for status twice and the receipt in the box came significantly more than what I agreed to online. The only saving grace - Tori - my online customer care person was very responsive when I reached out. Had I gone to a store - the price would have been communicated - the glasses made in an hour, and the status would have been clear.

Was told would get it same day ordered got off work had to call corporate office to get them to send to store and then store was out of sock with the glasses after o line said they had it. Now I have to still wait two weeks when the whole point was to get them the day of as I lost my normal pair.

The staff was very polite but you're ad says 2 pair for 89 dollars but they don't tell you there is certain frames you can choose from they are cheap plastic frames i have good insurance but they still wanted me to pay 450.00 dollars i said I wanted no line bifocal and progressive that's all so i did not get my ptomy advice look somewhere else I won't ever be back to eye mart express oh I did not get the progressive lens

Great in-store personalities but I've only had my glasses 2 months and the lenses are defecting. They were great at first, but the anti-glare coating is wearing off making it so they're hurting my eyes. The worst part is they don't automatically guarantee the lenses for any kind of time even if it's not the customers fault.

The smooth transition of getting an online order corrected or updated via the love it or exchange it policy is not there. It was painstaking.
