Eyemart ExpressReviews of eyemartexpress.com

At the Eye Mart store located at 2600 W Pleasant Crossing Dr Ste 60, Rogers, AR 72758 I had the best experience ever at a glasses shop. I needed prescription motorcycle riding glasses and Allie was great at helping me pick the right pair. She even walked me through options for transition lenses that would make my riding even better. She deserves a raise!!!!

Easy to choose what you want and move forward with placing your order. Great communication and customer service.

You guys are absolutely awesome thank you!

I was in the Eyemart in Mobile Alabama today, 10/22/2026. The service and employees, especially, Irby and Michael are fantastic. Thank you for the quick repair.

Said next day shipping almost 2 days and all the tracking says is label made, mind you it's only Dallas 3 hours from me and still can't be shipped out if I knew that I would did outlet online option

The in store tech was not helpful. First time there was having to place order online and she wasn’t helpful at all! I accidentally ordered the wrong color Frame. I called back the next morning to get that changed and I was told one thing that I needed to call customer service and they can make the change and I call customer service and I was sold no I couldn’t that was it so I canceled my order. The woman on the phone was rude as well and that one that helpful so one person tells you one thing and another person tells you another and nobody wants to help you. This is my first and last time I will be there to buy glasses. Your people need to do better.

A little difficult to go through your site. Tried to make sunglasses and would not let me.

First, let me say, I have been a long time customer of Eyemart. Today, I arrived at the Columbia SC store at 9 am and purchased a pair of progressive glasses. Store personnel were very helpful. But, after I returned home (17 miles) I saw that the lenses were very distorted with a circle on each lens. I returned to the store and showed the lenses to the individual helping me and she apologized for the error and said they needed to remake. I waited 2 hours, by this time it was 2:30 and the glasses came out and they were totally unacceptable. The lenses were very thick on a very simple +1.25 with 2.75 add. Anastacia helped me and she apologized and agreed the lenses were totally unacceptable. She refunded my money and understood my dissatisfaction with the glasses, she was very nice. The laboratory at this location is totally non functional. The machines are not working correctly, the lab personnel is new with one in training. I spent from 9 am until 2:30 pm trying to get a pair of progressive lenses before I go to hospital next week for a procedure, only to end up with an order returned due to lab error. I observed several folks unhappy with glasses while there. Please, please do better for folks depending on your Company to provide eyeware that is made correctly and 100% according to prescription. We don't ask much, just provide us what we pay for, glasses that help us to see.
