I ordered the REALief Dry Eye Wipes after blepharoplasty surgery increased the dryness of my already dry eyes. Currently I am using them morning and night and the difference is amazing. So soothing! I've already ordered more as I don't want to run out. The customer service has been perfection and Dianne is a great representative for Eyemos.

I ordered the Hydro Restore capsules on August 21 with a subscription and a 3 bottle order. I still haven’t received them and it is almost a month. I previously bought 1 bottle on Amazon to try it. I find it helps so wanted a secure source. Hence my subscription. So I was running out of the product ( from my first bottle) and the delivery was not happening. My tracking information hasn’t changed since August 28. So I contacted Eyemos via the customer support email. I asked when I could expect the delivery. The response was an apology for my having to wait. But no information about delivery time. The next email I sent asked where the product was coming from. Eyemos’ answer was “out of the country “. Still no delivery time. The next email prompted the company to offer a 15% discount which I took. Today I emailed their delivery delay was egregious and unacceptable and I asked for my subscription to be cancelled and to get a refund. I will take my chances and order on Amazon where delivery is in 2 days.

I’m sorry this order took longer than it should have, especially when you were already running low and relying on the subscription to arrive on time. We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that the package was ultimately delivered. Because of the delay and the inconvenience it caused, we also issued you a full refund, so you received the full order at no cost. I also want to address something important in your review. EYEMOS does not sell Hydro Restore on Amazon. We only sell Hydro Restore directly through our official website. Any Amazon listing using our product name or branding is an imitator and not genuine EYEMOS product supplied by us or backed by guarantee. We take this particularly seriously because Hydro Restore is an ingestible product. Counterfeit sellers using our name are operating entirely outside our manufacturing and quality-control process, which means we have no control over what ingredients they are actually putting into those capsules, the dosages being used, how they were manufactured or stored, or whether what is on the label bears any resemblance to what is inside the bottle. That creates a genuine safety concern, and we strongly recommend that nobody ingest an EYEMOS-branded supplement not purchased directly from our official website. We’re actively concerned about sellers illegally impersonating our brand precisely because customers may reasonably assume they are receiving the same product when they are not. As for your direct order with us, we’re glad it ultimately reached you, but the delivery delay was still not acceptable. That is why we refunded the order in full despite the package being delivered. The product has been excellent for my severe dry eye issue. During my last ophthalmologist appointment my doctor said my eyelids looked great! I showed him your product and he said he was very pleased with the ingredients, in particular the tea tree oil. The product is very soothing. It is great first think in the morning as well as after my warm compresses. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a request.

I’m very happy with my experience with EYEMOS. The eye mask is comfortable and works really well, and I’ve been enjoying using it. I’d especially like to mention Dianne, who I dealt with throughout my experience. She was absolutely wonderful. So kind, patient and helpful, and she genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure everything was resolved. I ordered the supplements over 6 weeks ago and still have not received them. I would not recommend ordering them since it takes so long to get delivered. What good are they if we can’t use them? Very disappointed and plan on having my bank reverse charges.

Six weeks is far beyond what we’d ever consider acceptable, and I completely understand why you’re frustrated and thinking about disputing the charge. We’ve looked into the shipment, and unfortunately it appears the original parcel has been lost in transit. Rather than ask you to wait any longer, we’re already arranging a replacement at no cost to you. We’re also adding a complimentary box of our Dry Eye Wipes to the replacement as a small apology for the delay and the hassle this has caused. They haven't even sent it yet, i paid 5 days ago and all they have done is create a postage label in Australia post... not happy starting to think this is a con.... and I won't get the item. After posting this review the company got in touch and are refunding me, they say the eye mask is on its way...however the tracking still states label created. Shame it took to putting up this to get a response.

We’ve reviewed the order and can confirm that the parcel was delayed in transit with Australia Post, but it was ultimately delivered successfully. Because of the delay and the uncertainty it caused, we issued you a full refund, and there was no need to return the mask, so you were able to keep the product as well. We completely understand why the tracking made the situation look concerning at the time. I hope this product is good, I will look forward to reviewing it properly. I am still waiting patiently for it to arrive, It has been nearly two weeks after my order was first submitted and it is till reading 'ready for shipment'. After enquring about its staus, the reply was 'we are particular about quality control' and apologising for the delay. Frustrating. Not sure how anybody can stay in business and have these delays in basic shipment?
