I should have watched reviews first before buying. Placed order (supposedly in stock) in Nov 30, 2 weeks later, still hasn't shipped. When I chat with Customer Service I get the impression they actually want me to cancel the order. It's like they're playing a bet game with other people's money.
Reply from EyeOns™Oct 24, 2023
Dear Luuis, We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your order. This delay is an uncommon occurrence for our company. We contacted you within 72 hours to notify you about the delay, which was due to system issues on the manufacturer's side, causing a company-wide holdup. We are eager to improve your experience and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We look forward to hearing from you and continuing to have you as a valued and content customer. Thanks!
