Honestly it was hard to open the box because of how well they wrap it up which is a great feeling knowing they took the time to ensure it was not damaged.

I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 because - in the end - Ezpuff worked with me to make it right and stuck it out, through some tough criticism from myself. I felt it could have been handled better from the beginning and explained that. Got an honest apology and they made sure I was happy in the end. Thanks for understanding and listening to your customer, that means more to me then pricing - not that the prices are bad, just happy with Ezpuff - in a world that doesn't always take time to listen to their customers. I will be buying again soon. Fast shipments and good pricing!
