My seasonal box never arrived, though an email said it was delivered. My cameras showed that nothing was delivered that day. I contacted FFF online support and the problem was solved. I now have my box. YAY! Thank you again.

I had to call for two of my items being damaged in my yearly subscription fall box. One was still in stock and the other was not so they were just going to send me a random item to make up for the broken one and it never came with the other item. I’m so tired of calling so I’m just not going to

I am always able to access things easily, I get timely responses to questions, and my products are amazing!

I find the customer service supportive and though I don’t always love every product I receive, I appreciate the diversity of it and I always find a loved one to gift it to who really appreciates it.

Over the years, FFF's service has deteriorated. Poorly packed shipping boxes, missing items, expired products, and unresponsive customer service. For example, this fall season (underway currently), I had three boxes. Of those boxes: two had 4 items missing and the other had 2 missing items. It was a nightmare to deal with cust serv and I'm still waiting on responses for two outstanding issues. Another example, last season I purchased Augustinus Bader hair product. It was expired (confirmed by thr manufacturer). I alerted FFF to inform other customers. They did not. Instead of a refund, they gave me credit. Credit, in simpler terms, means they hold your money hostage. Forcing you to shop again. Co-founders do not address any concerns they are tagged to in the forum. Members want to hear from them. Unfortunately, I have two subscriptions that run until spring and summer of 2026. Unless I see major improvements, I will not renew after 8 years of being a member.

I received a shattered pie dish and have asked for a replacement. I have yet to hear back from anyone about when or if it has been shipped. I’m very discouraged at this point.

Missing my fall box that was shipped over two weeks ago. Looks like they are now using a very sketchy delivery service that has many negative reviews stating packages posted as undeliverable when they are, stolen packages etc. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and they keep telling me I have wait up to 2 more weeks for resolution. I’ve been a great customer for years but I won’t be renewing.
