FFF needs to fix their back end…
FFF needs to fix their back end systems/processes. I have been a SELECT member for 2.5+ years and I have never received an email when the customization window is open! In over 2+ months, this issue is still not resolved.

FFF is doable even if you don't have a computer or tablet. There phone service is a pleasant experience.

FFF is awesome
FFF is awesome. I look forward to my shipments every season! The products I get for the small amount the boxes cost is amazing!! I am so happy with FFF. Not to mention, whenever I have had to reach out to customer service for anything, they're efficient, fast, kind and helpful! Keep it up, FFF!
