Can you PLEASE fix your Site! Why am I stil seeing 0(Zero) credits after so many months, when I payed so much. Either fix or refund! OR get out of this business.

I renewed my subscription and still have watermark!!.........Please get this fixed asap.

My account suddenly shows 0 credits and I can't get any response from support.

Face26 ist an und für sich ein gutes Programm, unkompliziert und einfach zu bedienen. Nur kann ich mich seit Tagen nicht anmelden und keiner kann mir helfen. Ich habe eMails verschickt aber keine Antwort erhalten. Schade aber es ist sonst ein wirklich gutes Programm.

For the first year+ I was pleased with the program. Since my account renewed in May, 2026, i have had nothing but issues. There is no animation and often it won't load any photos.I have uninstalled/reinstalled the program, cleared the cache, and reset my wifi. I have repeatedly reached out to their customer support without any response. I am filing a dispute with my credit card for services not rendered.

It doesn't finish processing or provide any enhanced images. It loads my image, says it's processing and then stalls out.

I have been a LICENSED user and have used a FUNCTIONING Face26 app for over a year... TODAY it's useless. The app was down for weeks... and now... it will accept a photo... Run an enhance feature up to 50% and I get a "Something went wrong" message... and the process NEVER completes. Meanwhile ALL attempts to contact support are ignored. A, once valued program... I am now VERY disappointed.

Can't login for days now. Not sure what problem is. Sent two emails for help. No Response Yet. My review is not the actual product.....I like it. The one star is for operation and communication. Update June 17, 2026: Face26 is now operational and functioning. Update June 19, 2026:I'm sorry to say that this product has gone downhill since it was first introduced a few years ago. As of today, only a handful of the available tools actually work reliably. Many of the advertised features fail during processing most of the time, making the service frustrating to use. Based on my research, this is a relatively small company with only a few employees. What's most disappointing is that the product has declined significantly rather than improved since its launch. It had a great deal of potential, but its reliability and overall quality have deteriorated over time.
