Here are the absolute facts:
This review is very suspect. Customer did not communicateof customer communication and submitted two change orders. This account of his order is accurate and documented, just like we do with every order, despite waht he claims. His model was delivered 6 months ago and he leaves this review now? Questionable at best. Here is the truth, whole truth, nothing but the truth. The customer did not supply, and did not know what colors he wanted his model to be painted. He asked us to build the model through trial and error, without proper information, and at our expense. . Finally, after 5 months of repeated phone calls and emails, he sent revised paint chips. Despite him, we still were able build him a beautiful model that he happily approved.

We log and keep notes on everything, and there is much more to the story, but I will spare everyone the finer details and choice words he used as they are not relevant. The issue here was the client not knowing what he wanted, not our team.
