Love Uniden phones. So easy to order. They are the best phones on the market with the clearest sound and also, you can silence them.

factory outlet contacted me regarding my (card shy) review of my experience trying to pay with a credit card, and told me it was a technical issue with their equipment. for that reason, i gave them one more star.

I experienced some confusion concerning the components of my order, and learned of the issue when what I had ordered arrived without everything I was expecting. Within six business hours of sending an email concerning the issue, Factory Outlet was on the phone to me, they politely showed me on the website where the information I thought was missing was in fact posted, and therefore it turns out that the error was on my end, not theirs. Nevertheless they found the order I had already placed for the additional components I needed, and upgraded the shipping to overnight, free of charge. That change in shipping will fit into my installer's schedule in a way which will save me a week's downtime on a telephone system changeover. That in turn should make the changeover seamless to the point where i don't think the clients will notice any difference. Factory Outlet showed a rare combination of great pricing value and customer service which went above and beyond, even when they knew, and I was forced to admit, that it was I who had placed the wrong order, and all they had done was follow my instructions. In a world where so many businesses were forced by COVID to "temporarily" lower the customer service bar, only to find that they like the savings in personnel overhead so much that they have decided to keep customer service as their lowest priority, Factory Outlet was a breath of fresh air and a welcome return to a consumer environment where the customer truly matters. I intend to use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
