Information page could have been more straightforward in asking for information, and error detection made clearer than an infinitely long spinning annulus "Processing".

Purchase was easily done. Seeing different models with prices and features was great. Plus I did not have to drive around possibility to more than one store to find what I needed.

I ordered by phone on a Saturday. I needed it quickly so paid for two-day shipping and was assured it would go out Monday. My credit card was charged immediately, but I got nothing by email so called Monday evening and was told I should get a tracking number by the next day. Apparently it hadn't been shipped, so I emailed to cancel the order. They get two additional stars because Tuesday morning I got a very courteous email and voicemail assuring me that the order had been cancelled, and the credit was on my card by noon.
