We have been using the DogTra 280C for our Vizsla and Weimeraners, all of which are rescues. Trying to socialize and train adult dogs with strong prey drive always presents unique challenges. The paging (vibration) mode is great when we need to redirect their attention, i.e. when the Weim treed a black bear. While we have not done advanced training, the basic need to override their impulses creates a much safer off-leash experience.

Read the reviews! I received my phones on October 29, 2021. After a difficult time installing them, we had the main base phone work for 3 weeks total. None of the other phones will work with this base, but since we are 7 days past their 30 return policy, they won't do a thing. I am going to buy a replacement on ebay where I have the option to purchase a 1 year warranty. I think that 37 is a pretty short period of time to be able to use phones I paid over $600.00 for! Never trust this company, don't believe me? Read the reviews!
