I have had continuous problems with Uniden Loud&Clear. The light on the handsets come on randomly throughout the day and night. Although I contacted the Factory Outlet Store, and they replaced the first one, it was also common to the second. I live in a remote area and there are no unusual frequencies in or around my home to trigger these events. Have to keep unplugging the main phone to stop the visual ringer. Most unfortunate.BV60021500 made in Vietnam.

I wish there was a way to post negitive stars as that is what I would rate them as. I placed an order for two Makita drill batteries on 5/22/2020. I have not received the batteries as of 6/4/2020. Communication with them has been almost impossible. The one time I did get ahold of some one he was impossible to under stand. When I asked to talk to some in the USA which is my right he said he was from NY. I did not believe him. I just called and canceled the card I had given them when I placed the order. Luckily, though it said on the invoice it had been charged to my card even though it had not been. Thankfully for that as I did not have to go through having to dispute the charges.

Customer service is non-existent and when you finally have contact they provide inaccurate information. Had to dispute charges (after a month) and finally got $$$ back from credit card charge. They represent they are resellers for Plantronics. Plantronics has no clue as to what the relationship and is no help! Will never order anything from Factory Outlet again!

My husband has a Braun 3050 Shave and the Charging Station is leaking. He loves his shaver. I did have a hard time finding the Charging Station on Amazon. I am thrilled to find it still in stock.
