Easy process!

Great experience! Love the products

Website said the item I was ordering was in-stock but it was not and was back-ordered. I had to order a replacement item that was in stock. The website should be updated to identify items that are out of stock. However, I must give high marks to Factory Outlet's customer service. They called me to apologize for the inconvenience this caused me and refunded me the difference in price between the original item ordered and the replacement item. They also promised to work hard to update their website in a more timely manner to show the correct inventory status of items on their website.

Good help with my purchase

Discount price for well-known, quality alarm for hearing impaired people. (Also eligible for Rakuten rebate!) Easy to use website.

Makes it easy to find what you need, but make sure you have product/model details for your phone and battery.

Easy to navigate. Lots of description about the products. Competitive pricing.

I spent 40 minutes trying to figure out which headset would be compatible with my phone and no luck. I went to FactoryOutletStore.com and Kelly found what I needed in less than 1 minute!
